Satay Beef Stir Fry

500gm Beef slices
-
mixed vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, capscicum, mushrooms, beans, zucchini, corn)

Sauce:
-
400gm coconut cream
-
1 tbls of thai red curry paste
-
1/2 tbls soy sauce
-
1/2 tlbs honey
-
2 tbls of peanut butter
In a sauce pan, add all sauce ingredents until combines, Simmer for 5 mins.
Heat a little oil in a wok or large fry pan, add beef and cook until brown.
Add onion, cook for 3 mins then add all other vegies.
Add sauce to beef and vegies.
Serve with rice or noodles.
